 As part of its continuous support for successful development programs and initiatives, Yemen LNG has on Wednesday 20 June donated a 16-passenger bus worth US$ 28,800 to Al-Aman Association for Women Blind Care. The passenger bus will be used by the Association to provide transportation for blind women who attend from various parts of Sana’a education and training classes at the Association main premises.  

At the handover ceremony, Chairwoman of the Association Ms. Sabah Horaish thanked Yemen LNG for its continuous support to the Association’s activities for the past few years. 

Al-Aman is one of the most successful and active local civil society associations. Yemen LNG is honored to partner with it and support its programs which aim to care for the blind in various Yemeni governorates and integrate them with the society.  

It is worth mentioning that Al-Aman Association received in March 2012  the first ‘Balqis Award’ presented by Yemen LNG in recognition of its outstanding educational, health, and social services to the blind since 1999.
