Yemen LNG donates $10,000 to the Yemen Society for Rehabilitation of the Physically Handicapped

Continuing to work with local NGOs and to further strengthen its social responsibility presence, Yemen LNG donated this morning an amount of $10,000 to the Yemen Society for Rehabilitation of the Physically Handicapped in support of the Society’s active efforts in improving the lives of people with motor disabilities.

The Society which was established back in 1988 provides services to more than 5,000 people with various disabilities out of which 44% are people under the age of 18. These services include a rehabilitation center, a full-time school, a physiotherapy unit, provision of medicine and movement aids (wheelchairs and sticks) among many other educational, capacity building and entertainment activities.
