On Saturday 16 February 2008, the third Yemen LNG chartered vessel was launched at the Nagasaki Shipyard in Japan. The vessel, Hull N° 2223, is one of four which are chartered to Yemen LNG for the lifespan of the project, two of which are being constructed in Japan and the other two in Korea (launched in 2007).
