Air Quality Management

A comprehensive air quality monitoring program is conducted quarterly by a third party contractor specialized in environmental monitoring in line with the company’s Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP).  The EMP entails taking samples of the ambient air from 4 points around Balhaf plant, and stuck emissions monitoring of the two waste incinerators, GTGs, boilers and the turbine compressors.
